1. Service Description

Outfitap is a virtual try-on application that uses artificial intelligence to generate previews of how clothing and outfits may look on you. The results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent how a garment will actually look or fit in real life. Results should be used for reference purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use only photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to use
• Not upload explicit, illegal, or offensive content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Not use automated tools or bots to access the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

3. Free Tier and Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier that includes 2 virtual try-on generations. Additional usage requires a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms and billing practices. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

4. Intellectual Property

The Outfitap App, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by DecanTech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. AI-generated try-on images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share your results, but you may not use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your photos and data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of virtual try-on results
• Fitness of results for any particular purchase decision
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
• Compatibility with all clothing styles, body types, or photos

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecanTech shall not be liable for:

• Any purchase decisions made based on virtual try-on results
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. For users within the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including GDPR.
