1. Photos You Upload

Your photos are pass-through only. When you upload a photo for virtual try-on:

• Photos are processed in real-time and exist in memory only during processing (approximately 30–120 seconds).
• Photos are permanently discarded from our servers immediately after processing is complete.
• Photos are never stored on our servers, databases, or any persistent storage.
• Photos are never used for AI model training, analytics, or any purpose other than generating your virtual try-on result.

2. Information We Collect

Device Information

We collect an anonymous device identifier solely for the purpose of:

• Rate limiting to prevent abuse of the service
• Managing your subscription status

This identifier cannot be used to personally identify you and is not linked to any other personal data.

Subscription Data

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. We do not directly collect, process, or store any payment information. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of these services for details on how they handle payment data.

Profiles

Any profiles you create within the App (including photos associated with profiles) are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your profile data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Provide the virtual try-on service
• Manage rate limits and prevent abuse
• Verify subscription status
• Improve the quality of our AI processing

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Cloud — AI processing infrastructure. Photos are transmitted securely for processing and are not retained.
• RevenueCat — Subscription management. Processes anonymous purchase events.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — App distribution and in-app purchase processing.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. All photo data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and processed in secure, isolated environments.

6. Data Retention

• Photos: Not retained. Discarded immediately after processing.
• Device identifiers: Retained as long as you use the service. Automatically purged after 12 months of inactivity.
• Subscription data: Managed by RevenueCat and Apple/Google per their retention policies.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As we are based in France and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL)

Since we store minimal data and no photos, most of these rights are automatically satisfied by our architecture.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
